For more senior applicants, we expect credible business and/or consulting experience. Lastly, though the combination is rare among engineers, we strongly desire candidates with direct experience or a credible background in the field of law.

AI & Data Solutions Developer

This person will design, develop, test and document automated AI applications for law firm and management operations clients to create exceptional user experiences and to help our clients grow their business. These solutions, apps, or capabilities may include effective LLM prompts, LLM APIs, AI agents, MCP servers, logical workflows, advanced analytics, and secure integrations with various enterprise systems like Microsoft Exchange, NetDocs, iManage, Claude, Google Cloud or Azure.

Education & Experience
  • BS or higher in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or a related field (Required)
  • 1 to 7 years working experience in AI, analytics, statistics or information systems, including any internships
  • Experience or credible background in a business or legal setting and/or consulting (Desired)

AI Solutions Architect

This person will create solutions to a range of legal use cases and design automated AI business applications for law firm and management operations clients. These apps, or solutions, may include reliable LLM prompts, LLM APIs, AI agents, advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, logic workflows, analytics, professional user experience, and enterprise class interoperability with various systems like Microsoft Exchange, NetDocs, iManage, CoPilot, and various applications specific to the field of law.
